I Want to Be Known for My Chinese Food

This is John.

I enjoy doing some occasional cooking.  Usually it requires a big production, I dirty every pan, plate, and spoon in the house and every part of the meal is done at different times.  The steak is done 30 minutes before the green beans would ever be close.  However, the end product is usually pretty good and I think I put on a good, if a bit messy, show.

I’ll usually cook for Molly and I will work to find something fancy to try and create.  However, I think I’m done with western hemisphere food.  A ton of white guys can do that.  I need something that would really set me apart, so I’ve decided I’m going to start researching and cooking only Asian food from this point forward.

I mean it… no more steak, but more Szechuan Chicken.  Forgot the broccoli and bring out the Broccoli Beef.  It’s going to be amazing.

(By the way, I told Molly that I would blog and write something.  She said it better not be bad.  Well, I’ve written everything there is to write about me cooking Asian food… and I’m out of stuff to talk about now.  This probably means she’ll give this 1 star.)

I think you take after your Grandpa Semrow...he would dirty every pan in the kitchen...but he sure could cook good!

Then send you back to the store for some dishsoap and then back again for a dish towel.

"A ton of guys can do that" -- I beg to differ.

Most executive chefs Chelsea are white men... I aspire to be an executive chef in a chinese restaurant and there aren't many white guys doing that.
