Remember when I told you how much I love Lime Ricki (click here)? Remember that time I told you that Lime Ricki has offered Considering Campbell readers a discount? No? Well that’s rude. I told you. You should read more carefully. Because they did. Because they’re awesome.
For the next 10 days or so, you can go to www.limericki.com and get a 10% discount off your order using the promo code CAMPBELL. That’s basically free shipping. And being the kind hearted blogger I am, I wanted to ensure that the promo code worked. I didn’t need a new suit, of course, I already have 2. From Lime Ricki. But like I said, I didn’t want to instruct you to enter in the promo code only to find out from my dear readers that it didn’t work. So I just “tested” the code.
But prior to testing the code, I had to have something to put in my cart. I knew it was a bad idea to put the Bristol in my cart since I’d all but decided to purchase it. That’d just be too tempting. So I scrolled through some of the other suits. LOVE the bright colors of this season’s line. Though, admittedly, I hope they bring back some of the thicker straps for next season. I’m a big fan of the thicker straps and the non-halters. But perhaps that’s just me. Luckily, there were plenty of cute suits to still add to my cart. Not to buy, of course, just to “test” the effectiveness of the Lime Ricki discount code so graciously offered to my readers.
I love the ruching on this suit.
And the tie back is wonderful for ladies with bigger ladies. Allows for a nice, snug fit or a loosey goosey tie.
And I have a Lime Ricki suit with shorts plus a Lime Ricki suit with briefs. And there is just something SO comfortable about these shorts. So I put them in my cart. Not to purchase, mind you, just to test the code. See that John? I was just TESTING the code. Not gonna buy a suit. Nope. Just testing—for my readers.
But the problem is that you have to enter in all your credit card information before they show you a subtotal and how (or if) the discount was applied. So of course I just HAD to enter my credit card information in. Just for a test. For my readers.
And of course I went through the entire process and saw that CAMPBELL, in fact, gave me a nice 10% discount on my order. But, you know, I had to walk all the way to the kitchen to get my wallet. And it took me a good few minutes to enter the credit card number into the website---these peepers ain’t what they used to be. And the swimsuit is just so cute. But, I knew that I wouldn't be able to buy it. Who needs 3 swimsuits? But what if one of my dear readers went through and bought a swimsuit using the Lime Ricki coupon code that I provided only to discover that somehow, someway, after they process the order that the code didn’t work? Unlikely, I know, but I couldn’t put my poor readers through that without warning them, right? Obviously there was only one solution: buy the swimsuit. Then, and only then, could I give you a 100% accurate review that the coupon code worked swimmingly.
And it did. And here I am with yet another Lime Ricki swimsuit coming my way. And I did it all for you. All for you. You’re welcome.
So I want to know: what suit did you buy? You have 10 days…GO! And be sure to let me know which one you picked up!
